Argentina: Requirement for Label Pre-Approval by Sec. of Commerce Revoked

The GOA Ministry of Production revoked the requirement for pre-approval of labels for food and beverages by the Secretariat of Commerce. The label approval requirement was put in place on October 14, 2015, and was in addition to the technical approval by ANMAT (the equivalent of FDA). Labels will continue to receive ANMAT approval.
