Brazil: Brazil Increases Biodiesel Use Mandate

On March 23, 2016, legislation was signed into law to increase Brazil’s biodiesel-use mandate from the current 7 percent, to 10 percent by 2019. The legislation also determines requires testing over the next 36 months to check the feasibility of an increase to 15 percent.
