Cambodia: Quarantine Requirements for Plant Products Transited in Vietnam

Recently, Post received information from the trade that the Vietnamese authorities have started applying plant quarantine requirements for agricultural products that have originated in Cambodia and are transshipped through Vietnam, according to Circular #33/2014/TT-BNNPTNT. Post would like to remind shippers who deliver plant products to Cambodia that transit in Vietnam about this requirement in light of the increased inspections.
