Canada: Canada Proposes a Federal Plastics Registry

Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) opened consultations on the establishment of a federal plastics registry as a reporting tool to monitor and track plastic, including plastic packaging used in agriculture and food manufacturing, through its life cycle on the Canadian market. Comments are accepted until February 13, 2024.
