This report contains an UNOFFICIAL translation of the Administrative Measures of Inspection and Quarantine for the Entry and Exit Grain issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ). This regulation, also referred to as AQSIQ Decree 177, will come into force on July 1, 2016. A draft regulation was notified to the WTO as G/SPS/N/CHN/882 on August 5, 2015.
