China: ATO Chengdu Holds Its First Feed Ingredients Seminar

ATO Chengdu held the 2015 Feed Ingredients Seminar in Chengdu, Sichuan on September 11 with support from 3 U.S cooperators and 2 local associations. The seminar provided the latest information about the current global supply and demand of major crops, an overview of the U.S. sorghum industry, DDGS, soymeal, rendering products and feed additives, and the nutritional benefits and scientific methods of using high quality U.S. ingredients in feed production. Attendance exceeded Post’s expectations for 200 attendees, with a total of over 230 participants from 87 companies. Post projects sales of 30 million U.S. dollars over the next 12 months.
