On April 28, 2015, the Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China announced revisions by AQSIQ to the “Measures for the Entry and Exit Inspection Quarantine Supervision of Grain” 进出境粮食检验检疫监督管理办法（公开征求意见稿）. The announcement can be found on Chinalaw.gov.cn. The deadline for comments is May 31, 2015 according to the announcement. Comments can be submitted through the online portal or emailed to liuli@aqsiq.gov.cn. The following is an unofficial translation of the draft measure.
