China: Draft Food Safety Standards Issued for Domestic Comment

On March 30, 2022, the National Health Commission (NHC) of the People’s Republic of China (PRC) released 17 draft National Food Safety Standards for domestic comment. The deadline for submitting comments is May 10, 2022. As of April 4, 2022, the PRC has not notified these standards to the World Trade Organization (WTO).
