China: Update to AQSIQ’s Implementation Catalogue for Facility Registration

On December 21, 2015, AQSIQ released an updated revision of the “Implementation Catalogue for Registration of Overseas Manufacturers of Imported Food” (AQSIQ Public Notice [2015] No. 152), which is the implementing catalogue of products for the AQSIQ Decree 145 for Registration of Overseas Manufacturers of Imported Food. The updated Catalogue revises the dairy category to exclude lactose. There are no other changes to the scope of products in the Catalogue from the last revision (AQSIQ Public Notice [2015] No. 138). This report provides an unofficial translation of the AQSIQ Public Notice [2015] No.152.
