Egypt: Egypt's National Food Safety Authority Issues Risk Analysis for Food Regulations

On March 26, 2020, Egypt’s National Food Safety Authority (NFSA) issued Resolution No. 3/2020. The resolution regulates the application of the principles of risk analysis and the determination of the control activities on foods based on their degree of risk. The resolution was published in Egypt’s official gazette (Al-Wakaye Al-Mesreya) on March 30, 2020 (see APPENDIX I – Unofficial English Translation).
