U.S. manufacturers and processors eligible to ship dairy products to European Union (EU) must have applied for inclusion on the applicable list through the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Dairy Listing Module (DLM) by March 1, 2018, if they wish to remain on the list. All currently listed firms that have not applied in DLM by that date will be removed from the EU dairy list and will not be able to obtain the export certificates necessary to ship dairy products to the EU.
