This report supplements the EU-28 Agricultural Biotechnology Annual 2014 report with information about the new regulation that allows each EU Member State to “opt-out” of GE crop cultivation, as well as the proposed regulation that would allow the Member States to restrict or ban the use of GE food or feed on their territory. A table gives more information, country by country.
