Guatemala: Guatemala Eliminates Unnecessary Registration of One Ingredient Mineral Biomolecules in Animal Feed

On May 26, 2020, the Ministry of Agriculture of Guatemala eliminated the registration requirement for animal feed minerals that contain only one type of biomolecule ingredient. FAS Guatemala estimates that companies will save approximately $1 million in calendar year 2020 because of this change.
