Hong Kong: FAIRS Export Certificate Report

In 2017, the Hong Kong Government (HKG) confirmed that U.S. bison meat can be exported to Hong Kong with a Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) health certificate (FSIS 9060-5). No other changes since the last report. This report lists the certificates required by the HKG for U.S. agricultural and food exports to Hong Kong. Certificate samples for various product categories are included in the appendix.
