India: Final Standards for Oats-Pasta-Fats-Oils Published in Indian Gazette
The Government of India (GOI) published its final notification on updated standards for oats, pasta, fats and oils in the Official Gazette of India. The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) notes the implementation date as July 1, 2017. The final notification incorporates some of the feedback received during the public comment period following the earlier published draft notification on July 12, 2016.
