India: The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India - FSSAI - Publishes Revised Manual on Mycotoxin Testing
On December 4, 2020, the Government of India’s (GOI) Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) published a revised manual on the methods of analysis for testing mycotoxins on food products. The revised manual supersedes the earlier mycotoxins guide published on May 25, 2016.
