The growth of household income fueled by the rise of dual-income households is making family vacations and dining out more accessible. Fast expansion of varied-format foodservice outlets are gaining popularity across major and emerging-market cities. Franchising remains the most popular growth model. Despite the trends, adoption of high-value imported ingredients, foods and beverages remains a challenge.
