India: FSSAI Notifies Compliance Directions for Caffeinated Beverages

The Government of India’s Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has notified an extension of the time period allowed for compliance with standards for caffeinated beverages. With this directive FSSAI has exempted Food Business Operators (FBOs) from the said regulations till December 31, 2017.
