India: FSSAI Publishes Draft Manuals on Sampling Methods and Analysis

The Government of India’s (GOI) Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) published 15 draft manuals on requirements for sampling and analyzing food and water. FSSAI is currently accepting public comments on these draft manuals through May 25, 2015.
