India: GOI releases Health Certificate for Bovine Frozen Semen Imports

On September 28, 2015, the Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying, and Fisheries, Government of India, published a veterinary health certificate for the import of bovine frozen semen. To date, this veterinary health certificate has not been notified to the World Trade Organization.
