Japan: Japan Notifies WTO of Revised Picoxystrobin Residue Standards

On June 3, 2019, Japan notified the World Trade Organization of draft amendments to the maximum residue levels (MRL) for the agricultural chemical, Picoxystrobin, via G/SPS/N/JPN/646. There will be no public comment period established for this proposal as this proposal relaxes the regulation. However, interested U.S. parties are welcomed to share their comments and/or concerns with USDA’s enquiry point (us.spsenquirypoint@fas.usda.gov).
