Kazakhstan: Kazakhstan Alcohol Ban

Kazakhstan introduced a ban on the importation or sale of alcohol products that are not in compliance with the Customs Union Technical Regulation on food safety and Kazakh national labelling requirements. The ban became effective on October 1, 2014 with a transitional period until January 1, 2015.
