This specific report highlights the Monterrey metropolitan area, the country's second-largest urban area after Mexico City. Monterrey is an industrial and commercial hub of Northern Mexico with close ties to the United States, and as a result the country’s wealthiest city per capita. The information contained in this report is intended to identify market opportunities among the major retail and foodservice establishments catering to both local consumers and a robust and growing business travel segment.
