This report contains an unofficial translation of Morocco's general modalities applicable to the import and export of cereals (e.g., wheat, corn, barley, rice), pulses, and their products, including performance bonds applicable to imports and which range from $50/MT for wheat to $30/MT for all other aforementioned products and impacts over $200 million of U.S. agricultural exports. Neither this trade measure nor its predecessors have yet been notified to the WTO.
