Morocco: Morocco Opens U.S. and EU Tenders for Wheat

On December 26, 2016, the Moroccan grains authority (ONICL) issued the third tender of 2016 to import 327,273 MT of common wheat and 327,273 MT of durum wheat from the United States under the Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ). Furthermore, ONICL also tendered 363,636 MT of common wheat from the European Union. ONICL has set April 30, 2017 as a deadline for their delivery for common wheat and December 31, 2017 for durum wheat with a minimum of 5,000 MT.
