Namibia: Namibia Exports First Beef Consignment to The Unites States

  |   Attaché Report (GAIN)

Namibia is the first African country to gain market access to export beef to the United States after 18 years of trade negotiations between the two countries. While initially targeting the beef processing segment, Namibia ultimately aspires to capture a higher-end, niche market of health-conscious American consumers.
