Poland: Polish Department of Fishery Moves to MinAg

On November 2, 2020, Poland's Ministry of Infrastructure’s Department of Fishery was transferred to the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry (MAF). MAF will now handle fish marketing, fish traderelated issues, and regulatory oversight of the fish processing industry. The transfer is the result of a broader inter-ministerial reorganization implemented by the Government of Poland beginning on September 30, 2020.
