The Government of Poland (GOP) introduced strict social distancing measures including closure of borders, limiting commercial air traffic, and restricting cross-border rail travel. Border clearances for imported food and feed products are functioning without major obstacles. On March 31, 2020 the GOP announced an economic support program to mitigate the negative affects of the pandemic.
