The Russian Ministry of Agriculture approved the new List of Pests of Quarantine Concern for the Russian Federation by Order No. 501 of December 15, 2014. The List replaces the previous List of Quarantine Pests approved by the Order of the Ministry of Agriculture in December 2007.
