This report contains an unofficial English translation of the draft Technical Regulation of the Customs Union (CU) “On Safety of Poultry and Products of its Processing” notified by Russia to the WTO via G/TBT/N/RUS/41. The 60-day public comment period ends on February 5, 2015. Interested U.S. parties are encouraged to share their comments and concerns with the National Institute of Standards and Technology at ncsci@nist.gov.
