Russia: Wheat Export Duty Temporarily Decreased to Zero

The Russian Government temporarily decreased the export duty on wheat from “50 percent minus 6,500 Rubles per one Metric Ton, but not less than 10 Rubles per one Metric Ton” to “Zero.” The temporary “Zero” export duty will last from September 23, 2016 until July 1, 2018.
