China’s overall feed production is projected to rise through the end of calendar year 2022.
In 2022, imports of chicken meat (excluding paw) are projected to reach 800,000 metric tons (MT) an increase of 2 percent over 2021. Chicken meat production is expected to decline by 3 percent in 2022 on lower yellow feather broiler production.
