Senegal: Decree 69-132 - Trade and Transportation of Fish and Seafood Product
On February 19, 1969, the Government of Senegal passed Decree 69-132; this decree is still in effect and regulates the trade and transportation of fresh, frozen, dried, canned or otherwise processed fish and seafood products destined for local consumption or export. Decree 69-132 supplements Senegal's food safety law, Food Law 66-48 (signed in May, 1966). This report contains the original text in French.
