South Africa: The South African Government Confirms Collaboration With Organized Agriculture On Land Reform

The South African Government through the Deputy President confirmed collaboration with organized agriculture on land reform at a land summit on August 23 and 24, 2018. The seminal land summit that was organized by Landbouweekblad in collaboration with AgriSA, showcased current successes of land reform in South Africa. The Deputy President motivated farmers to continue to work hard, invest in their farms and increase production while he extended the government’s hand for collaboration to ensure that more and more South Africans enter the sector through organized and systematic access to land for productive use.
