Sri Lanka: Sri Lanka Invites WTO Members to Comments on Draft Amendment Standards for Jams-Jellies-Marmalades

On January 26, 2022, the Sri Lanka Standards Institution (SLSI) notified draft amendment standards for jams, jellies, and marmalades to the World Trade Organization (WTO). WTO members are invited to submit comments on notification G/TBT/N/LKA/44. The comment period expires on March 26, 2022. The amendments are issued to align with the Food (Preservatives) Regulation (2019) under the Food Act 26 of 1980.
