Turkey: Turkey’s High Court Reverses Decision on MON810

On May 25, 2015, FAS Ankara learned that Turkey’s High Court reversed its December 13, 2013 decision that rescinded the approval of MON810 maize. The decision does not mention the stacked trait MON88017xMON810, which was also rescinded in the December 13 decision.
