This report provides an overview and update of Vietnam’s food and agricultural laws and regulations. Major updates were made to Section II – Labeling Requirements, Section IV – Food Additives, Section V – Pesticides and Other Contaminants and Section VIII – Geographical Indications and Trademarks.
