Vietnam: GVN Suspends Certificate of Free Sale for Feed and Feed Ingredients

On June 11, 2020, the Government of Vietnam (GVN) officially announced in Resolution 91 the suspension of the Certificate Free Sale (CFS) requirement for imported feed and feed ingredients for further review and amendment, as part of the Government’s Regular Meeting in May. This report is an addendum to GAIN Report VM2020-0017 dated March 20, 2020, in which the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) initially announced the suspended implementation of the CFS requirement.
