Vietnam: MARD Publishes List of HS Codes Subject to Plant Quarantine Regs

On June 29, 2015, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) released Decision 2515/QD-BNN-BVTV promulgating the List of Harmonized System (HS) codes for regulated articles subject to plant quarantine. Decision 2514/QD-BNN-BVTV provides more detail for Circular 30/2014/TT-BNNPTNT dated September 5, 2014. Decision 2515 entered into force on July 1, 2015.
