After a long hiatus due to COVID, USDA is about to resume trade missions. Gary Crawford, with USDA Radio, speaks with Daniel Whitley, Administrator of USDA's Foreign Agricultural Service, about the trade mission to Dubai, which runs from Feb. 16 – 20.
