NOTE 4: DUE TO URGENT NEED TO MAINTAIN CARGO SCHEDULE INTEGRITY, A LOADING DELAY ASSESSMENT (LDA) OF USD 1.00 PER METRIC TON PER DAY, OR PRO-RATA, WILL BE IMPOSED. THE LDA WILL BE ASSESSED FOR EACH DAY, OR PRO-RATA, BEYOND THE CONTRACTED LOAD DATE THAT VESSEL FAILS TO PRESENT, AND BE ACCEPTED, AT THE FIRST (OR SOLE) LOAD PORT TO LOAD THESE PARCELS. LDA, IF ANY, WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM OCEAN FREIGHT PAYMENT.
NOTE 5: IN KEEPING WITH U.S. CUSTOMS ENFORCED COMPLIANCE PROGRAM FOR OUTBOUND DOCUMENTATION, CARRIERS ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT ANY PENALTY ASSESSED AGAINST THE CARGO, DUE IN WHOLE OR IN PART TO DELAY BY CARRIER IN VERIFYING FINAL LOAD COUNT AND PROVIDING SAME TO FETTIG & DONALTY, WILL BE SOLELY FOR CARRIER'S ACCOUNT.
NOTE 6: CARRIER TO DELIVER CARGO AT RECEIVERS WAREHOUSE AND TO STRIP AND STACK SAME INTO RECEIVERS WAREHOUSE AT EACH DESTINATION GIVEN ABOVE, AT CARRIER'S TIME, RISK AND EXPENSE. CARRIER TO REMAIN RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVAL/RETRIEVAL OF EMPTY CONTAINERS. RECEIVING CAPACITY IS TO BE CLOSELY COORDINATED WITH THE RECEIVING WAREHOUSES. RECEIVING WAREHOUSES HAVE A MAXIMUM CAPACITY TO RECEIVE 8 CONTAINERS PER DAY.
NOTE 7: SERVICES ALSO TO INCLUDE NORMAL CUSTOMS CLEARANCES AND FORMALITIES AT ALL POINTS OF ENTRY/TRANSIT EXCEPT @ CUSTOMS CLEARANCE AT FINAL DESTINATION LOCATION AND EXCLUDING IMPORT DUTIES IN RUSSIA (IF ANY).
NOTE 8: CARRIER TO GUARANTEE COMMENCEMENT OF CARGO ARRIVAL AT RECEIVER'S WAREHOUSE WITHIN 45 DAYS OF COMPLETION OF LOADING THESE CARGOES. CARRIER TO FURTHER GUARANTEED COMPLETION OF DELIVERY OF CONTRACTED QUANTITY AT RECEIVER 'S WAREHOUSE WITHIN 60 DAYS OF COMPLETION OF LOADING THESE CARGOES.
