OLD, AND IS NOT A SALVAGED CONTAINER OR MUSTERED OUT FROM REGULAR SERVICE.
AS A CONDITION OF PAYMENT, OWNER/CARRIER MUST PROVIDE AN INDEPENDENT SURVEY
REPORT ATTESTING TO THE SATISFACTORY CONDITION OF CONTAINERS. SURVEY IS TO
BE PERFORMED PRIOR TO LOADING YEMEN'S WHEAT FLOUR CARGOES. NO CONTAINER

(30) DAYS CONTAINER FREE TIME TO RECEIVERS WHO MAY MOVE CONTAINERS TO

LASH BARGES, IF LASH BARGES CANNOT BE FUMIGATED AT POINT OF LOADING TO LASH
BARGE, THEN LASH BARGES ARE TO BE FUMIGATED WITHIN 5 DAYS PRIOR TO LASH
