THE CONSIGNEE/RECEIVER REQUIRES A FIFTEEN (15) CALENDAR DAY FREE TIME PERIOD FOR ALL CONTAINERIZED COMMODITIES ALLOWING FOR COMPLETION OF CUSTOMS FORMALITIES. THE 15 DAYS FREE TIME APPLIES FROM THE COMPLETION OF DISCHARGE OF ALL THE COMMODITIES FROM THE VESSEL AT DAKAR.
