GSM-102 Eligibility Requirements for Foreign Financial Institutions

Information regarding eligibility of foreign financial institutions to participate in the GSM-102 program can be found in the program regulations, 7 CFR Part 1493.50.  These new regulations are effective December 18, 2014.

Information regarding certifications for participation can be found in the program regulations, 7 CFR Part 1493.60.

Please note that an applicant must contact the appropriate analyst prior to submitting the application (GSM-102 program contacts for U.S. and Foreign Financial Institutions). The complete application should be sent via e-mail to the analyst with a cc to the Director, Risk and Asset Management Branch.  Acceptance of an application is subject to the analyst’s review and approval.  Under certain circumstances, the analyst may request a hard copy of some or all documents; any hard copy documents must be sent via courier.  Applications will not be considered until all documents listed below are received.
