Food Ingredients (Fi) Europe
Launched in 1986, Food Ingredients Europe (FiE) is held biennially in a major European city. It brings together the world's leading food and beverage suppliers, research and development, production and marketing specialists and showcases the most diverse range of new and innovative ingredients and services. In 2021, FiE Paris was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2019, FiE Paris attracted more than 26,000 attendees from over 135 countries. The USA Pavilion welcomed 40 U.S. companies. Visitors to the USA Pavilion found a wide range of innovative products from the United States, including dried fruits and nuts, flavors, concentrates, gums, miso products and sweeteners. The 40 U.S. exhibitors included 25 small-to-medium size and 2 new-to-market companies.
