Exhibitors cover many aspects of the food and hospitality industry including bakery equipment and ingredients; coffee and tea; food and drinks; organic products; foodservice equipment; hospitality interiors and hotel supplies, meat; and wine, spirits and beer. In 2019, HOFEX welcomed over 2,800 exhibitors from 70 countries and had a three-day total of over 42,000 regional visitors.
