SIAL Canada

SIAL Canada is Canada’s leading international food show, which alternates annually between Toronto and Montreal.  Canada is the second largest market worldwide for U.S. agricultural and related products exports, exceeding $28.3 billion in 2023. 

The show is the only event of its kind in Canada, welcoming more than 25,000 professional visitors from Canada, the United States and 75 other countries and bringing together more than 1,000 national and international exhibitors from 44 countries. SIAL Canada 2024 was held in Montreal and the United States was well represented, with 27 companies in attendance as part of the USA Pavilion. In Montreal, the USA Pavilion was located in the newly opened second floor of SIAL Canada where exhibitors saw great foot traffic and lots of exposure to visitors.
