On November 9, 2017, Government of India’s Food Safety and Standards Authority of India operationalized Food Safety and Standards (Organic Food) Regulation, 2017. The Regulations have been finalized after incorporating comments received from the stakeholders on the draft Regulation, which was notified to WTO stakeholder on May 4, 2017.
