Turkish sultana raisin production is expected to increase by 35 percent in MY2014/15 to 320,000 MT, thereby rebounding from last year’s poor crop. Sultana raisin exports are forecast at 245,000 MT in MY 2014/15, up from 185,000 MT last year. This report replaces the GAIN Report Number TR4027, issued August 14, 2014, with updated information and statistics.
